I also made an observation that my Finance Manager Tony Rivers, needs knowledgeable. She answered all our questions and was very patient with us. I also made an observation that my Finance Manager Tony Rivers, needs to be promoted to Finance Director. It seems the current Finance Director was having a hard time getting my paperwork, correct which caused us to be in there longer than what we needed to be. Tony Rivers was able to go over to his desk several times to help him input the correct information so I could sign for my new car. Both Tony and Marilyn are assets too Claremont Hyundai dealership. This was my second purchase from Hyundai of Central Florida and was lucky enough to be contacted by Marilyn Santos. The rest purchase process was quick and professional making it a stress free experience. All the staff were were very efficient and friendly although i will have to say Marilyn is probably the best car salesperson I have ever worked with since i purchased my first vehicles in 1969. I would also like to mention Devon Ortiz who was a was a major reason we returned to this dealership after purchasing my wife's Santa Fe from him 2023. Devon is now a sales manager and worked with us to to get me a fair price for my trade in. More

She went and picked it up. We returned to the dealership and drove our new Santa Fe home the same day. Sales Associate Marilyn Santos could not have been better during our purchasing process.
