We were hearing so mich false information through other dealerships so when we spoke with her we were pleasantly surprised to find out what their online prices advertised was real and true. Mariah reassured us from the beginning of the process until the end that every thing she quoted was factual and true. When we did not want to purchase an additional feature she ensured it was removed and we did not get charged. We were staying at a hotel in town and Mariah personally picked us up, with our luggage dog and small child, and transported us to the dealership the morning of our purchase. This dealership provided top of the line service and convenience! All the employees were nice, warm and inviting once we arrived and treated us and our fur baby like family! Mariah held our hand through the process and made sure she taught us all the little tricks and hidden features of our 2025 Kia Carnival.
