Service was done well but 6 hours to mount new tires and do an oil change is too long. It took an hour before we really had a meeting with the service advisor on the front end and actually waited an hour an do an oil change is too long. It took an hour before we really had a meeting with the service advisor on the front end and actually waited an hour and a half after we were told the repairs were done ...the people we dealt with seemed fairly competent but seemed overwhelmed. Fortunately, we were provided with a rental car and took a couple of hours for lunch in the middle of the 6 hours. More

Very satisfying experience at the BMW Sarasota from the buying of my car with Jonathan great and understanding car sales person ! A few days after buying my car I had to bring it back to fix a noise coming from underneath so Maria Lizardi was assigned to me for service, she was excellent doing her job, she kept me up to date, always answering my questions always had a nice attitude and most important great family person. I want to mention that Nelson is in charge of the service shop, he was able to find the weird noise, very knowledgeable, very professional and after weeks of working in it the results were positive my car was fixed so overall I had a great experience and the people I mentioned are real people not just a business!
