Our advisor and our technician were great, but when you pull into the chaos that is a busy service department during rush hour, just getting to them is a challenge. Little to no signage, people who talk too fast, don’t listen, and act like the rest of the world knows how their systems work. Please, slow down, greet the customer long enough to look into both eyes and tell them what they need to know in something less than auctioneer talk. Same experience as a year ago. If I could go somewhere else to put a $600 battery in my BMW, I would consider it. More
