Exceptional I visited the service center two days ago and was told by a different service consultant that my car is under Canadian free maintenance program and is I visited the service center two days ago and was told by a different service consultant that my car is under Canadian free maintenance program and is not eligible in the US. I told him that the dealership had done this in prior years, but he refused to accept. I came back two days later for fog lamp replacement, and I mentioned to Maria about the experience and problem that I had. She voluntarily checked with the warranty manager and told me that they can still service it for free under the program. All done without a hassle. Outstanding! More

Friendly, professional very BMW’esque!!! Came in for simple service but treated as if I was purchasing. All staff were pleasures to work with. Special note, the waiting area is incredible. Great experience. Being 1000 miles away from home and having car problems can be a bit nerve racking. Fortunately, we were diagnosed quickly and got the car back fast. Being 1000 miles away from home and having car problems can be a bit nerve racking. Fortunately, we were diagnosed quickly and got the car back fast. BMW paid for our rental. Kudos to Valentina, service with a smile, knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend this service to anyone. Thanks again. More

First annual scheduled maintenance I called and scheduled a service Appt. For my first annual scheduled maintenance. I asked if I could get a loaner and they said “no”, it would only t I called and scheduled a service Appt. For my first annual scheduled maintenance. I asked if I could get a loaner and they said “no”, it would only take a couple of hours ( I am use to a loaner from My Mercedes dealership down the street). I showed up for my Appt. And was immediately told that there was a “recall “ on my vehicle and they would have to download all updated software on the vehicle computer which could take up to 4-5 hours (assuming that it works). They then offered a loan ( downgraded to a Nissan Sentra- big difference from BMW). They could have called me in advance and told me about the recall, but I guess they don’t do that? When I picked up my vehicle, i noticed that all my vehicle setting had been erased ....seat memory, cellphone settings, radio stations, etc.... I had to track down a person to assist in reconnect at least the phone, which thy did. It would have been more proactive to have the service rep. advise me in advance . Not the best communication, on many different fronts, from this BMW dealership. More
