Shop supply charge >10% of invoice is outrageous. I believe they did this to offset a service coupon which is unacceptable. Very poor communication and follow up from BMW Sarasota. I’m not sure if the dealership has sold/changed hands recently, But their service level has definitely declined severely. I’ve had my BMW 5 series in I’m not sure if the dealership has sold/changed hands recently, But their service level has definitely declined severely. I’ve had my BMW 5 series in for a reoccurring service issue six times. The same issue is now back for the seventh time and I’m finally selling the vehicle so I don’t have to keep returning to this service department for an issue they can’t or won’t fix. A simple database and escalation protocol for a reoccurring service issue would easily remedy the problem that I experienced. More
