My appointment was for 11 am. No one looked at the car until 1 pm and then at 2 pm service told Maria they neglected to order the template needed to do the repair of my door (tho No one looked at the car until 1 pm and then at 2 pm service told Maria they neglected to order the template needed to do the repair of my door (though they ordered the part). As is normal for BMW of Sarasota, they wasted over 3 hours of my day. It’s always all about them, never the customer. This is why EVERY time I get a complement on my car I refer the person to anywhere but BMW of Sarasota. More
