By far the worst service experience ever! Never addressed the issue. Decided to ignore it and just reset the check engine light and return the car to me without addressing the actual issue. Wasted my time and money as i had to pay for a rental out of pocket. Will never step foot into this dealership again. Manager claimed she will review and call me back. No call back, nothing. Everything about this experience was tremendous. This was my 1st time coming there since I purchased my truck from my brother. I did the express oil change and was greeted promptly with a smile . My service advisor was truly a gentleman and treated me as if I was a member of the family. Thank you very much!!!!!! More

Not satisfied at all with the service I received. It took 3 hours and several calls just to get someone to call me back to schedule an appointment to service a dead battery. The soonest they coul It took 3 hours and several calls just to get someone to call me back to schedule an appointment to service a dead battery. The soonest they could look at it was a week out and even then it was in the shop for 2 days to get it replaced. (Just to replace the battery!). On the day of the appointment, I was told ‘they may not get to look at it today because there are a lot of other cars that were towed in too’ which was not acceptable as I had a scheduled appointment I am still not clear if they did any further diagnosis to determine why a battery that was 2 1/2 years old suddenly died. I have been waiting over 2 weeks for a return call to get more information on what, if anything, they tested. The customer service department has been generally unresponsive, does not pick up the phone or return calls. More
