Terrible service manager. Very defensive and not a at all customer focused. I took my 2024 Jeep 4xE in for regular maintenance and a check engine light. I left my Vehicle on Very defensive and not a at all customer focused. I took my 2024 Jeep 4xE in for regular maintenance and a check engine light. I left my Vehicle on July 3rd and it was ready by July 7th. No issues as it was a long weekend. The problem for me is they could not explain properly why 61 miles was put on my Jeep. There own service receipt said they needed to test drive it at least three times greater than 15 mph for 5 minutes each time. I am xxxx good at math and that does not even come close to equaling 61 miles. Instead of a customer first mentality the service manager read me T&Cs with no attempt at any reasonable explanation of why that many miles was needed to ensure a check engine light would not come back on even when the log data said there was no issues. Absolutely Disgraceful Experience at Rockland Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Nanuet If I could give zero stars, I would. This was hands down one of the most unprofessional and aggravating experiences I’ve ever Dodge Jeep in Nanuet If I could give zero stars, I would. This was hands down one of the most unprofessional and aggravating experiences I’ve ever had at a dealership -service center. First I was happy to get an appointment the next day at 7:30 am, she told me it was going to be $219 for a diagnostic test. The next day they call me 9:00 am to confirm what I think the problem is and told me it would be $319. How do we not know the prices of things? I was met with complete disorganization, total lack of communication, and a manager- Maria Capello who seemed more like a confused intern than someone in charge. When I asked for clarity on the status of my vehicle, I was given vague, unhelpful answers and attitude that was beyond disrespectful. At one point, I was told they “might not even be able to get it in today.” Seriously? This was after it’s been there for more than 24 hours. I then asked who she reports to — and was told “I am,” as if that answered anything. When I pressed for accountability, I was dismissed like I was bothering them. The manager literally started flipping through a filled-up notebook trying to piece together what was going on, claiming I was scheduled to be called “today.” Really? Not yesterday when no one had the decency to inform me of anything? And then — the cherry on top — she tries to tell me that not all customers mind if their car sits there for multiple days, so that’s why they don’t always call. I was stunned. That’s your excuse for not communicating with a paying customer? They didn’t even want to diagnose the issue first — just jumped into how I don’t have coverage by warranty and questioning how I will pay for this. How about figuring out the problem before talking about payment? This place is a complete disaster. Rude management, no professionalism, zero communication, and no respect for the customer’s time or intelligence. I wouldn’t trust them to service a bicycle, let alone a vehicle. Save yourself the aggravation — go literally anywhere else. More
