Absolutely terrible experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff at Chrysler CDJR were rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in helping. I came in with a serious issue From the moment I walked in, the staff at Chrysler CDJR were rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in helping. I came in with a serious issue with my car, and instead of offering support, they immediately blamed me for everything and made no effort to help—not even for a second. I left feeling angry and disrespected. Thankfully, I went to Brooklyn CDJR and the difference was night and day—they were friendly, listened to me, and fixed the issue under warranty without a problem. I’ll never go back to the first location again. More

A $300 'diagnostic' fee to tell me that I had a crack in my plastic windshield wiper fluid reservoir is very unreasonable for 10 minutes of work, and then quoting me around $1000 to replace the cracked plas my plastic windshield wiper fluid reservoir is very unreasonable for 10 minutes of work, and then quoting me around $1000 to replace the cracked plastic reservoir is outrageous. I took my car back without it being repaired. I'm sure that I'll be able to get it repaired much cheaper elsewhere. I've purchased several cars at your dealership and had plenty of maintenance and repairs done there. Never again. More

Just stay away from this dealership. They are not serious and don't know what they are doing. To begin with, nobody answers their phones, and it is difficult to schedule an appointmen They are not serious and don't know what they are doing. To begin with, nobody answers their phones, and it is difficult to schedule an appointment. I had to call five times, even trying every single advisor, until someone picked up the phone. The first time, the mechanic broke a guard under the van when it was being unloaded from the ramp. They did not fix it; I had to take it to another mechanic. The second time, and the last, they charged me twice for the same blind-spot problem. On May 6th 2025 , I dropped it off for service, and they said it was covered by the warranty; they gave me an invoice saying $0.00. Four days later, the message reappeared: blind spot unavailable, service required. I brought it back, and Nicole, the advisor, told me I had to pay the $216.75 for the deductible to have them look at the van. So I paid. It took them four days to fix it this time, then they asked me to pay again $216.75. They did not fix the van the first time; they just reset the system or disconnected the battery. They are not honest. This is a scam. More

Worst experience I've ever had at a dealership. Horrible service, no return phone calls. And this is the second time there was more wrong with the car than when I dropped it off. It took 6 days of Horrible service, no return phone calls. And this is the second time there was more wrong with the car than when I dropped it off. It took 6 days of "diagnosing" to find out it was a bad spark plug. Which is what I was already told by the guy at AutoZone for free. But this was going to cost me $1,600 not including the $600 to fix something that wasn't broken when I gave it to them. More
