Upon arriving, I was unsure which car I wanted to invest in.. I asked about multiple vehicles and their finishes/prices, Maria answered every one of my questions and if she didn't know the answer, she found out for me. Since Honda has so many different makes/models.. I realize I might have been a little difficult asking to see certain kinds more than once which meant we had to go outside a bunch of times in the 95 degree weather. None-the-less, Maria was extremely kind SO patient with me. Once I picked my favorite car and our transaction was finalized, she followed up with me the day after to make sure I was happy with my purchase. The gentleman who handled my finances, Robert Tranquilli, was awesome too! He made sure I was comfortable with the price and additions. As well, he offered protection plans that’ll help me should anything happen to my car in the future. People dream of walking into a car dealership and hope to not get bombarded or ripped off… I can thankfully say that my experience at DHC Honda was 5 Stars +! Maria tried to locate a CR-V in the color I colors I really wanted equipped as I wanted but none were available. There was no pressure from Marie to go with color choice three. She was patient and understanding. I went with my 3rd choice and am happy to say I am happy I did. Love my white CR-V. As for delivery, Bobby in Finance was extremely pleasant and the paperwork process was quick and painless. As for delivery Weatherlly has the patience of a saint. I am not the most technology savvy individual. She took the time to make sure I understood every function. I appreciate the time she took to make sure I would have a positive experience.
