They sent me the window sticker with the price of the vehicle, I agreed and made a appointment to come and buy the vehicle (2 hr drive) When I got there they showed me the vehicle went over all the options in it, we then went inside to start the paper work, that’s when they told me the vehicle is marked up $10,000. above sticker price. NO WHERE IN THERE ONLINE ADVERTISED PRICE DID THEY MENTION ANY MARKUP ON THE VEHICLE NOR WAS I TOLD IN MY TEXT MESSAGING WITH THERE REPRESENTATIVE. Now shouldn’t they have told me that before I drove there to buy it or even before showing me the vehicle on the lot?
Very bad business. When I told them I will let Ford know what they did, there response was “we’re a private dealer” I advise not to deal with Dana Ford as they are dishonest and not up front with you. They are very sneaky and unethical how they work.
I spoke with several sales managers there that did not help us with this situation.
