I came to Kasey just for my maintenance check and oil change. I happened to see Charles walked pass me and I called out his name. We spoke and he asked me how was everything going with the car he sold me change. I happened to see Charles walked pass me and I called out his name. We spoke and he asked me how was everything going with the car he sold me a few months ago. I told him I was enjoying my car and having no issues. Then he said how would you like to lower your car payments. I didn't think that was possible but Charles came through and now my monthly payments have been reduced over $100. I was estectic and wanted to jump up for joy. My experience with Kasey Kia has beyond words of descriptions. More

Zero stars. No choice to give it one star so this review would get published. Have brought my car in 4 times for repairs for the same issue. Have had this vehicl No choice to give it one star so this review would get published. Have brought my car in 4 times for repairs for the same issue. Have had this vehicle for less than a year and it has been in the repair shop more than it has been driven. This vehicle is not safe to drive and the repair shop keeps it for at least 2 weeks at a time if not longer. If that isn't bad enough, each time I drop it off for the same issue, the repair service threatens that I will have to pay for repairs that they never fixed. More
