Hidden fees not advertised in price. Sales team which includes Mr Larabee did not follow up on cars interested. We were abandon on sales floor after the sale of car. Funny coincidence, Uber driver had similar experience on buying car at Al Hendrickson Saying never again. Financial manager said trade-in would be wholesaled out lowering our value as trade yet dealer is reselling at much higher cost on website. Odometer reading was over 2000 miles off on the car we purchased. Our selected car was nearly sold from underneath us though we told them we were on our way over to hopefully purchase car. The sale process took way too long, over 4 hours, no test drive involved as we did this on previous visit. Watch several Toyota employees just standing around. I could add more More
