There's apparently no working partnerships there, meaning they don't help one another with regards to the customers. I got, " you're her customer you have to wait for her. Andre was great. Marcus was not up to the Hendiksontoyota standard. I called mom 3 times Saturday and twice on Sunday. I realize they are busy but a courtesy call to say they would call me back on Monday wou standard. I called mom 3 times Saturday and twice on Sunday. I realize they are busy but a courtesy call to say they would call me back on Monday would have been appreciated. Al sr would never have allowed this to happen. I know that Covid has made things difficult. But customers should come first. On Sunday I called to check when Marcus would be in on Monday and they said at eleven. To give him thecourtesy of taking care of any issues I made an appointment to see him at noon. When I got thre they told me he would not be in till one. This is a very sad way to run a business. I have been a customer since 1991 and usually dealt with al sr Guess next time I will have to try al jr or another Toyota dealership More
