Unfortunately I don't share the same sentiments as some of the other reviews!: My step daughter was sold a 17 Grand Cherokee Laredo, approved with $1000. Down and comfortable payments for a 11,000 SUV. Les of the other reviews!: My step daughter was sold a 17 Grand Cherokee Laredo, approved with $1000. Down and comfortable payments for a 11,000 SUV. Less than a week later we get a called back that the bank couldn't approved the car be cause it had severe damaged from a accident that wasn't on the carfax. They said bring it back, that they'll put in something else better for the same price and payments. We go back drive a toyota rav 4 16 with 20,000 more miles 110,000 miles to be exact, and all of a sudden the payments double, the car was 18,000 and they couldn't work with us to make the situation right. This all after they said they were going to make it right and make sure we left satisfied. Marco himself said this to us that they couldn't deliver on his promise of leaving with the same payments or deal we were offer and told we would keep amen we spoke on the phone and when we got there to return the Cherokee, or did any manager apologize for their mistake at any time. Try to make it look like it was our fault and try to pull more money's from us to see if he can make the deal work with the next vehicle!!! I wouldn't recommend doing business with this dealership. The mixer person there was NIcki our sales person. It felt like been in a snake pit with venomous snakes.. People if you go here to do business please watch what they put on the paperwork, and what they day to you! More
