Marcos, put a deal together for me after hours and called the general manager to get approval. Then he secured all the information needed for the finance department. Upon arrival I was in and out with a new the general manager to get approval. Then he secured all the information needed for the finance department. Upon arrival I was in and out with a new car in the less the an hour. It was a very pleasant buying experience from sales to finance to delivery of my new car. Love this dealership - I pass one half a mile from my home to drive 40 miles to receive service (and buy vehicles) from these fine folks. I decided to buy a new vehicle to replace my beloved CLS 550. Marcos Morales made the experience enjoyable, sending me videos of options and discussing what I really needed/wanted. He's awesome! Arturo Gutierrez handled the numbers like a true professional. All dealership employees I met were pleasant and friendly, with a focus meeting to the final delivery of the vehicle. He was attentive but not pushy. All dealership employees I met were pleasant and friendly, with a focus ensuring satisfaction during the sale and post sale service. Important to note that I had a previous experience at this dealership that was not positive and would not have stepped foot in the dealership if it had not been for the location and the particular vehicle I was interested in. Marcos and Arturo changed my perspective on the dealership to an entirely positive one. Not an easy task to change someone’s previously negative experience into a positive one, but they did so with ease. Would fully recommend Marcos for anyone’s next vehicle purchase. More
