The service was good up until I picked up the car and left the dealership. I immediately noticed a weird feel on the tire in the passenger side. I thought that maybe it was me, but once I got on the ex left the dealership. I immediately noticed a weird feel on the tire in the passenger side. I thought that maybe it was me, but once I got on the expressway, I felt it more. I immediately called Marco Pinto (Service Person). He told me to bring the car back. I went back and explained to him the issue. He came out, checked the tire and told me I had a nail stuck in the tire and it had gone through so the tire had to be replaced. Prognosis: $218+tax. I was in shock and explained to him the car was fine when I dropped it off for service and this nail must have been picked up here as I had just picked it up. He told me there was no proof of that and that they had checked all the tires and they were fine. Basically, it was my word against his. He told me he was sorry but I would have to pay for the new tire as they were not responsible. I paid for the new tire and left the dealership feeling robbed, angry, and so disappointed. After 6 years of being a loyal customer, I am planning to never lease an Acura car again or at least never visit this leadership. You just lost a customer More
