First time at this dealership after a horrific service experience with Rick Case of Acura. I had a number of alerts which resurfaced again and went to Acura of PP same day and was greeted by Marco who was experience with Rick Case of Acura. I had a number of alerts which resurfaced again and went to Acura of PP same day and was greeted by Marco who was professional and helped to fixed the problem within record time, Rick Case only reset the alert and possibly improvised which cause the problem to resurface again. More
