Service on 1/17/24 was needed tire rotation(was charged
as done), however, after service, tires were 32 and 33 lbs not 35 as they should be..Workshop also did not report the rotation to Carfax, neither the

Point is, how I will be sure that they serviced, whatever they reported they did? Marco Pinto is an excellent customer service advisor, however, he reports what the computer system says the workshop says they did, so I do not blame him for faults at the workshop.
