After trying two different times to fix my car at Acura of Pembroke Pines, even taking my advisor and his boss for a ride,I was told my car was ok and nothing needed to be done. After taking my car to Rick of Pembroke Pines, even taking my advisor and his boss for a ride,I was told my car was ok and nothing needed to be done. After taking my car to Rick Case Acura as son as I drove the car there, they told me my car was broken and needed to be fixed. During the past weeks they changed the transfer case on the awd and the gears box for a total of 11k dollars and Acura paid that for us. They changed the same gear box that Marco told me I had to change the oil when I told him the car as broken. I have told Marco yesterday that after buying 200k dollars + in cars from Pembroke Pines in the past years I am not returning there. More

I was disappointed in the service department. I had issues with squealing brakes and the first attempt to get the issue resolved was not of concern for the service person. The response I got was I had issues with squealing brakes and the first attempt to get the issue resolved was not of concern for the service person. The response I got was "oh that's common". If it's common, isn't that a recall issue? So, I left there after they inspected my car and they said they didn't see any issues. Well, the issue persisted the next day. So I had to take time out of my day and go AGAIN. My brakes squeal so loud, my neighbors hear it in their homes! This is new expensive car, and this should not be happening. When I returned I asked for another service person hoping the response to the car issues would be taken seriously. The experience was actually worse, I wasn't listened to, there was no concern for the issues I was having with my my brakes-- again I got the "it's common" and he was questioning me like I had to defend why this was an issue! He might as well of said "oh you'll just have to live with it". The conversation felt combative. At the end of the service he stressed how all the check points are green. It was actually insulting, "see all are green, you see?" Yup I saw and felt I was being talked down to. And with his confidence that all check points were green, the issue persists! Side note- there was a service guy talking to his customer in line at check out,and he was so concerned and patient--I wish I knew his name because I'd give him 5 stars! I didn't have the opportunity to get that level of service. The fundamentals of customer service are empathy and problem-solving. I didn't receive either of those, and this is unfortunate being that ALL of our family have been loyal Acura of Pembroke Pines customers for years. I'd rather drive to Plantation for service from now on. The GM will hearing from us. More
