I made an appointment to have the latest Hyundai anti-theft upgrade done. I arrived five minutes early for my Friday, Feb. 13, appointment, was made to sign the work order, work unseen, and sent to anti-theft upgrade done. I arrived five minutes early for my Friday, Feb. 13, appointment, was made to sign the work order, work unseen, and sent to wait. 30 minutes into my wait, a phone call from Marco--we're out of the part, can't do your car, we should have more on Monday, I will call you as soon as we open so you can come back. OK, happens, only two hours wasted, could have been worse... Here we are Monday: no call from Marco. So I call. Nobody picks up. A recorded voice keeps telling me they're "busy" and they'll get back to me. No call backs. Been almost two hours. Meanwhile, I'm stuck in limbo: do I have to go to Hyundai today? I can't go anywhere, Marco might call... But no call backs. Two hours. Finally get someone in Parts, he confirms both that indeed--of course--the part IS in stock, and that Marco's not even in today. Someone from Service, he assures me, will call me back. I'm not holding my breath, there are other Hyundai dealers. On their phone tree, it's Dial 1 for Sales, 2 for Service. At the other dealer I called, it's Service first. This turns out to be quite significant. Update: They called me back at 4:08 p.m., after they had closed, to schedule for some future date. No need, thank you for nothing. More

My salesman, Kacy, was so personable that I just wanted to buy the Lexus because he was so nice. I felt like we became friends during the afternoon. The first thing on my lise was comfort, so the Lexus ce to buy the Lexus because he was so nice. I felt like we became friends during the afternoon. The first thing on my lise was comfort, so the Lexus certainly delivered. Kacy went the extra mile by having my other car detailed while I did paperwork. He also took care of the open recall notice on Friday, and I came to get the car on Saturday. That was important to me and my grandson, who got the CRVh. I am going to send the team that detailed my CRVh a tip, they did such a nice job. I was so happy that I had put off detailing it myself because I wouldn't have done half as good a job. More

poor service and poorI had Worst dealership experience from this place . This place dont care about customers after selling cars. I reached out to this dealership for 6 days and asked them to send documents I signed .they said they would send documents to my email.but i havent received documents yet .this place is joke and all talk and no action ...my brand new car is only 250 miles but already have two issues which is rubberry noise issue when turning steering wheel and condensation issue in daytime running light and cosmetic damage in charging pad brand new car shouldn't have any issues. they refused to fix the issues under warranty its not acceptable stay away from this dealership sales More

Seattle Hyundai service department is an ever increasing disappointment. High prices that some mechanics suggest is price gouging, poor communication, unable to respond to communication when attempting to disappointment.
