My trade-in value was fair when compared to other dealers in Southern CT who, quite frankly, I felt tried to gaslight me into accepting a low-ball offer on the spot (and pressure me into a purchase commitment same day) with little to no discussion of financing estimates without a hard credit check. Carlos, by comparison, was more than happy to provide me estimates and re-work the numbers a few times as I narrowed in on what I wanted. I’m very pleased with my overall experience and new Vehicle. Garavel Jeep is an easy recommendation if you’re shopping in Southern CT. More

This was our first visit to Garavel Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram and we couldn’t be happier we came in! After exploring a few other dealerships we decided to try Garavel and it was one of the best experience we have ever had in a car dealership. Brian was very helpful and knowledgable. He was very patient with us through the entire process and never once made us feel pressured to buy. Once we decided on our vehicle, everyone was very accommodating of our schedule to be able to finish everything in a timely manner. Marcial, the sales manager, was great - we never felt pressured and he worked with us to get us to where we wanted to be. Evelyn, the business manager, couldn’t be better. She was patient with having our two kids with us, interacting with them, and providing them coloring books. Overall, we can’t say enough good about this experience.
