Sales people were great. But when I picked up my new car it was not ready. Had to wait another hour. Even when I got my car the items I paid for were not installed. That was But when I picked up my new car it was not ready. Had to wait another hour. Even when I got my car the items I paid for were not installed. That was scheduled for another day. When they picked it up to instal l the heated seats the right tail light was out. Service center did not fix. So I took it to a different service center. Waited 2 hours for them to tell me they had to order a part. When I checked the next week about the ordered part they never ordered it. In the meantime I drove around with no right blinker and no stop light. Eventually the part came and they installed it but not impressed with the service center. Otherwise. I do really like the car. More

My overall experience was a great one. Mark was personable and knowledgeable and Manny worked hard to get me the best rate possible. I was given a tour of the facility and they had a tech guy help me set up Onstar and the My Cheverolet app, which was SO valuable. He also explained all of the tech features of the car. Sooo helpful!! I would recommend them to anyone shopping for a new or pre owned car. More
