It’s rare for me to write a review but in this case I think it’s warranted. The sales experience was pleasant. Not pushy, also not “exceptional”, but nothing to complain about. On one hand the post-sale communication started off terrible when we had issues with the car. I never received calls back I was promised, received mixed/conflicting or inaccurate answers to questions. Sales referred me to service. Service referred me back to sales. After having my car for a week we were told they wouldn’t fix it. At that point a general manager got involved and the experience was *much* better. I was impressed at how hard they worked to turn a bad situation into a very good outcome. I think the way a company deals with complicated customer issues is very important and in this aspect I was very pleased to work with them. At this stage they seemed honest and to be dealing in good faith. They seemed to genuinely care about their customers’ experience. Given the conclusion I’m giving a high rating. The only big issue was the communication in the middle. That was largely the service department. More

Had a great car buying experience with this dealership. I was 3 hours away so I was a tough customer! They had just gotten a trade that was exactly what I was looking for. The receptionist Dana was super I was 3 hours away so I was a tough customer! They had just gotten a trade that was exactly what I was looking for. The receptionist Dana was super and put me in touch with salesman Manny Gonzales. I explained my situation so he suggested we do a facetime. He showed me all around the car and I loved the car! He gave me an out the door price and we agreed to a great price for such an immaculate used car. The sales manager Anas Lazaar was instrumental in making the deal work, many thanks to him and Manny! By the time I arrived at the dealership it was getting late but they had things in order and the closing with finance manager Maher Mehjazi was flawless and quick, many thanks to him as well. This dealership was very easy to deal with and I would suggest them and Manny Gozalez to anybody looking for a new or used car! More

Do not purchase from this location, Manny the sales manager tried packing the warranties on the buyers order. After asking him to remove them, he refused and stated that he couldn't keep the trade allo manager tried packing the warranties on the buyers order. After asking him to remove them, he refused and stated that he couldn't keep the trade allowance the same. I called him out for packing warranties and told him he couldn't force people to buy them, nor did the warranties have anything to do with the trade allowance. He stated if he did remove the warranties that he would lower the trade allowance. I know this shady car tactic is illegal. Beware !!We did not do business with them . This is a very shady way of doing of business !!! Shame on them. More

Some time ago, I noticed a failure in the vehicle’s transmission, especially when shifting from first gear. I took the car to my trusted mechanic, who suspected a transmission issue but couldn't confirm it definitively since the vehicle was still moving, though with difficulty. I then consulted two other mechanics, who gave me similar feedback. In search of a more technical opinion, I brought the vehicle to a competing dealership for a diagnostic. They reported a failure in three sensors and quoted a repair cost of around $5,000—without guaranteeing that the issue would be resolved. Considering the high cost and the uncertainty, I returned to my mechanics, who informed me that their diagnostic tools showed no fault with the sensors. With my car sitting idle for over four months, unable to work and support my family, I went back to the Kia dealership to request a transmission replacement. However, I was advised by the service supervisors that replacing the transmission would not solve the problem and that the real issue was with the sensors. Trusting Kia’s diagnosis, I purchased the sensors directly from the dealership and had my mechanic install them. Unfortunately, this did not fix the issue. It is now clear that the problem is indeed with the transmission, just as initially suspected. This situation has placed me in a very difficult financial position: I spent a significant amount on sensors based on an incorrect diagnosis and now do not have the means to afford the necessary transmission replacement. Given this, I kindly ask the dealership to review my case and consider offering support—whether through a discount on the transmission replacement, a flexible payment plan, or a more thorough technical analysis that could lead to a definitive solution.
