Dont like it . Shouldn't have shopped here.. once u buy they don't care and they change the invoice on u. Had to pay 1400. I'm 72 years old I have been driving Toyota pickups for over 50 years, for almost 2 years I have been trying to buy a black two-wheel drive four-door 6 ft bed Toyota Tacoma with no luck. I walked into reli over 50 years, for almost 2 years I have been trying to buy a black two-wheel drive four-door 6 ft bed Toyota Tacoma with no luck. I walked into reliable Nissan I ran into a general sales manager named AJ told him what I was looking for within 15 minutes he found my perfect truck we shook hands a week later I was signing the papers for my new truck. When the truck came in I sat down with a salesman named Abdul he couldn't have been any more professional making this deal. I told AJ at the beginning I'm a no-nonsense guy give me the straight deal Abdul and I went back and forth maybe a few times we agreed on the price I signed the papers paid for the truck and left the dealership. This is the first time I can remember all the way from the people the sales manager the salesperson and the dealership and the truck was I totally 100% satisfied. Before I left the dealership I asked Abdul to introduce me to the service manager I believe his name is Manny I asked him a couple questions he offered his business card very professional I left there that day for the first time that I can remember 100% satisfied with the people the dealership and the product. My neighbors have complimented me on my new truck and said I never thought you would ever leave Toyota but I did I have no regrets I love my new truck I would definitely recommend reliable Nissan to anyone that asked me about my experience. More

They keep returning my brand new truck with damage that I need to keep returning for them to "take care" of. And my original problem, which is the ac on a 2025 vehicle I bought 1 month ago, is still not reso need to keep returning for them to "take care" of. Poor communication. I was not listened to when problems could have been avoided. Disappointed in the way the situation turned out. I asked several times for an invoice & I was not listened to when problems could have been avoided. Disappointed in the way the situation turned out. I asked several times for an invoice & was not provided one at the end. I also asked for an oil change which was never done. I have brought my vehicle in so many times in the past year & it wasn’t resolved till some parts stopped working. I feel these things could have been avoided. I didn’t appreciate being treated like I didn’t know that my car was having issues. I was told plenty of times it was normal for the way the car was running. When I picked up my vehicle i didn’t get an apology. I still walked out with a huge bill I didn’t think I should have had to pay for their mistake in not doing their jobs. Again very disappointed for the entire situation. More
