When everything is done he brings my car around to get in it without having to walk to my car because it hard for me to walk around to find it. I am 761/2 years young and several babk surgery please make you keep him on your staff, it would be ashamed if you lost him. More

I'll try to give my objective review of these guys. I went last Sunday to buy a used Hyundai Elentra from these guys. A sales person (named Julian I believe) took for a test drive and we liked the I went last Sunday to buy a used Hyundai Elentra from these guys. A sales person (named Julian I believe) took for a test drive and we liked the car. He than brought the price which I believe was 24 thousand something. I told him that my budget is not more than 21 thousand drive-out cost, and I'm sure they could neve give me the price. He talked to the manager and to my surprise he lowered it down to 21K and got my signature that it was okay. In the finance department, the guy also looked very courteous. At one point he stated that if I change the oil of the car for next 3 years, he'll lower my monthly payment by about $20. So my wife, in whose name the car is, is good faith signed everything in ipad fully trusting him. Later on with all surprise we discovered that he made us sign service and other warranty contracts worth about $5,500. He ABSOLUTELY didn't clearly mention it to us. The surprise struck me yesterday, when my wife said that the amount financed was about $21,000. I'm like what? I paid them $7,000 down payment. So the finance amount should be about $13,000, with the total amout to be $21,000. But with the $7K down payment paid, the price we ended up paying was around $28,000!!! With this shock yesterday in the evening I went to the dealer. They said the finance guy was not there, so tomorrow I should show up at 9:00 AM, as around that time he'll be there. I demanded to talk to a manager, who was awfully rude. His point was that it was totally my fault that I signed the contract. He was sure the finance person disclosed every single thing very clearly. He clarified that because I signed the contract, one way or another, that's it, there's no going back. His attitude was awfully rude! Today when I reached the dealership at 9:00 AM, one sales person said the designated finance manager would be available in about 3 minutes. After waiting around for 35 mintues, when I asked him again he said that the finance person was on his way. Something smelt fishy to me. When I talked to someone in the customer service, he confirmed that the guy usually never comes before 11:00 AM. So the sales person lied on my face saying that he should be there in 9:03 AM. By that time I had enough, as I couldn't trust these guys and insisted to see another finance manager. I asked this new finance manager to cancel the contract, and refund my money, but he bluntly denied that. He said the best he could do is request for refund for the additional around $5,000 I paid as insurance and maintenance via there website. I did that and waiting for a reply. If these guys had little bit of shame and responsibility they'd have honored my request to cancel the contract, as I don't want anything to deal with them. Taken together, STAY AWAY FROM ALM WEST HYUNDAI DEALERSHIP. If you still decide to visit at your own risk, just don't trust anything they say at it's face value. Best of luck! More
