It went very good but there were some hiccups during the process. Gave a 200 cash deposit and was denied by banks, they wanted to give me a check back. I recently bought my 2020 Equinox here, and it was an amazing experience. The car was incredible, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Now, I’m back and trading in my gas-powered Equinox for the all-electric EQEV RS AWD! This car is mind-blowing. I’ve never owned an electric car before, and I’ve only had it for four days, but I’m already getting the hang of it. I got the RS model, and it looks absolutely stunning. It’s super fast and powerful, and it’s a real head-turner. It’s also very sporty and has all the safety and comfort features you could ever want. I’ve got it fully loaded, and it’s a pleasure to drive. One of the coolest things about the EQs is Super Cruise. You can drive NO-HANDS, and it takes care of everything - space, speed, and even changing lanes. It’s like having a personal assistant on wheels! Horrible customer service experience. Nobody returns calls, we have left numerous messages for the GM, customer service manager and sales person. It’s pretty lame that people choose to do business in this manner but I’ll make sure I don’t recommend this dealership to anyone. More
