Worst service you could ever get We scheduled an appointment for 6 30PM to buy a new car, arrived on time, but were asked to wait in the waiting area as there are no available salesme We scheduled an appointment for 6 30PM to buy a new car, arrived on time, but were asked to wait in the waiting area as there are no available salesmen. My husband, my 5 year old daughter and myself (36 weeks pregnant) were waiting for 30 min watching salesmen walking back and forth VERY SLOWLY, nobody came to see us, nobody said anything, we had to follow up 3 times before we were told that we'll have to wait for another 45 min as there is a line of people before us. I asked why schedule a number of appointments if there is not enough capacity and received a response from the receptionist that she has no idea as she doesn't schedule appointments. When asked to talk to someone who has this information she called a manager who said something unclear as to why and said that we'll have to wait 45 more min. That's it. No apologies, no desire to deal with the issue at any level. This dealer wasted our time, made us sit in a crowded area being exposed to the risk of coronavirus and, most importantly, people who are in client-facing roles think it's totally fine to treat their customers this way. Worst service ever, definitely taking Honda out of our list of options. More
