There was one major issue we had. Prior to purchasing the car, we expected and paid for a 1 ½ “ trailer hitch with a harness. After several communications with the sales manager and Prior to purchasing the car, we expected and paid for a 1 ½ “ trailer hitch with a harness. After several communications with the sales manager and sales agent, a 2” trailer hitch was installed with a size adapter added. There is no electric harness because, as was later explained, trailer hitches are not advised by Hyundai, so the undercarriage has no provision for attaching the necessary wiring. Resolutions were offered and accepted but the trailer hitch issue caused unnecessary adjustments that were preventable. We were very disappointed with the trailer hitch issue since we can no longer use our kayak trailer. Every staff person was eager to please the customer. We decided on your dealership because we liked the Tucson Hybrid and the general politeness and accommodation of your staff. More
