Going to a dealership is never a fun thing to do. You expect to be pressure sold on everything. This was not the case at Cleveland Toyota. Ethan greeted me, offered me a drink/snack and asked how he could help. I told him the vehicle I was interested in and we walked out to look at it. He answered all my questions and let me look the car over with a fine tooth comb. Never pressured or rushed me. We took a test drive and went back to talk numbers. I told him what I needed for my trade to make the deal work. They gave me the amount I asked for with no back and forth. Ethan was professional, efficient, friendly and polite. For a young person, he has an outstanding work ethic. The finance manager at first appearance looked imposing (big dude) and I thought, here we go, here’s the up sale. I was wrong, Neftaly was an amazing down to Earth guy that didn’t pressure any aftermarket items I didn’t need or want. We ended up talking about cars and he showed me his baby, a sweet Jeep Gladiator with all the bells and whistles. The internet salesperson, Macy was another professional. She was quick to respond to my initial inquiry and every question after that. She was honest and made sure the vehicle was ready for Ethan and I to look at when I arrived. My only complaint is, I wish you guys were closer to the Alabama- Tennessee state line (ha-ha)! More
