I always service my car at this Kia dealership and I have never had a bad advisor. This recent trip was no exception. Marisol was so wonderful to work with and kept me informed every step of the way. I had t never had a bad advisor. This recent trip was no exception. Marisol was so wonderful to work with and kept me informed every step of the way. I had to go through my insurance for some repairs and she really took charge with keeping communication with them. I had never had to make a claim before and she really made the whole process go extremely smooth. I don’t usually pick a specific advisor when I take my car in, but I will be choosing her for all my future visits whenever possible. Thanks again Marisol! More

I checked in my vehicle with Alexis I could not leave my veh. for diagnostic the day of. She suggested to re schedule when I could leave the veh. to allow diagnostic to take place. I absolutely thank youuu veh. for diagnostic the day of. She suggested to re schedule when I could leave the veh. to allow diagnostic to take place. I absolutely thank youuu for giving me a heads up on my mileage expiration that was coming up on my veh. because of this I was able to re route my schedule & get back in prior to my mileage cap, & saved thousands in repair cost.
