Every single time I make an appointment for service, they don't even look at my car until the next day. Every single time. It is really frustrating to drop your car off at 8 AM and then have it sit there unt don't even look at my car until the next day. Every single time. It is really frustrating to drop your car off at 8 AM and then have it sit there until 10 AM the following day before they can even LOOK at it. Why is this your business model?! I avoid having any work done here unless it HAS to be done at a dealership. My service adviser, M'Tazi, did a good job of communicating with me, and I really appreciate the job she did. More

Service dept is terrible. Got my car at 11:00 and I called and after waiting for someone to answer the phone was told by someone who was very hard to understand that they wou Got my car at 11:00 and I called and after waiting for someone to answer the phone was told by someone who was very hard to understand that they would check the car and get back to me. Never heard back. The next day at 2:00 I went to the dealership to inquire and was told that my car had not been touched. I demanded my keys and took my car away. I have purchased 5 Nissans from this dealership. Since the change it is terrible. I am due to purchase a new car but not from this dealership. More
