Alert have great service at this dealership. . Roland is fantastic.. The problem I have is the automatic answering service that does not allow u to make appointments stating everything is booked . I had appt for oil change, inspection, and tire rotation and was there for 2 hours. After about 1/2 hours, I asked how much monger it would be and was told it would be done soon.
