Service dept is terrible. Got my car at 11:00 and I called and after waiting for someone to answer the phone was told by someone who was very hard to understand that they wou Got my car at 11:00 and I called and after waiting for someone to answer the phone was told by someone who was very hard to understand that they would check the car and get back to me. Never heard back. The next day at 2:00 I went to the dealership to inquire and was told that my car had not been touched. I demanded my keys and took my car away. I have purchased 5 Nissans from this dealership. Since the change it is terrible. I am due to purchase a new car but not from this dealership. More
