I am fan of the Toyota brand and a super fan of WRJ Toyota. I have now purchased three Toyotas from WRJ Toyota and am a thoroughly happy camper. Yesterday I had time to kill while my 2002 Sienna was in Toyota. I have now purchased three Toyotas from WRJ Toyota and am a thoroughly happy camper. Yesterday I had time to kill while my 2002 Sienna was in for maintenance so I took a selfguided tour of the showroom. I was drawn to the only car on display and it got its hook firmly embedded in me. A 2019 previously owned Highlander with only 39K miles and with a superior detailing inside and out. Mr. Lucas Mudge, an early morning sales consultant, noticed my interest in the car and spent the next couple of hours answering my every question about the car then allowing me to take it for a spin. I was sold when I got back to the dealership and ask Lucas to see what kind of financing could be arranged through Toyota. Let me end it here with what a pleasure it was to work with Lucas on lining up everything needed for me to purchase the car. I would also like to mention Mr. Nate Ryll who ensured I got the best loan possible from the Toyota Motor Credit Corporation. Nate also carefully walked me through options for investing in GAP Insurance to protect my investment (difference beteween cash value of the car and the net payoff if the car were to be totaled), AND also investing in a Certified Vehicle Service Agreement that covers failures of manufacture-original equipment parts to include electronic and/or computer parts (failures may be rare but when they happen they're expensive).
