Probably my worst experience buying a vehicle. Everyone was friendly but not as professional. I was asked what was I there if was not going to buy a car that day, but did end up purchasing a vehic Everyone was friendly but not as professional. I was asked what was I there if was not going to buy a car that day, but did end up purchasing a vehicle after 6 hours of being there. Giving 2 start because they did help me with my trade in and helped with the repairs after purchase. Ended up purchasing a vehicle that I didn't go see. When as questions about the numbers just told me that it was the number I wanted anyways so what is it. Very pushy with the warranty and just wanted to run credit I feel. Unprofessional when signing, he was on his phone most of the time and when asked about the pricing for warranty he just flipped the paper. Asked who financed me and couldn't give me and answer. Been 3 weeks and still don't who finance me. The only positive about this was the service manager. He was able to repair the damage the car had that was agreed on upon purchasing. Will definitely not be buying another vehicle at this dealership again the only reason I will go back is for service for the next 2 years because it was supposedly "included" with the vehicle but actually charged. More

He explained everything thoroughly and patiently answered a million questions. He also infused humor to help offset a potentially stressful experience. He was knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, and patient (did I already say that? lol). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone interested in purchasing or leasing a vehicle from Findlay Honda in Henderson. I'll definitely ask for his help when my lease is up in three years!
