I'm from New Jersey and unfortunately totaled my car on the way down to visit family in Tennessee. I had a 3-day window to buy a car to get home after Thanksgiving and Capital Toyota made it happen in one of the most seamless car-buying experiences I've had. Mama D found the car for me and passed along the info with superb customer service, and really wanted to know my needs. Luke Hefner helped sell the car to me and this guy knew his stuff, even getting a guy from the service staff to check out the car and test drive with me. Every person from the team that I interacted with had integrity and genuinely cared about selling me a good car within my price range in the short window of time I had. I cannot recommend Capital Toyota enough, and while I know my car is going to last me a long time, I'd strongly consider going all the way down to Chattanooga just to buy a car from them again. More

Bought a 2017 Chevy Tahoe premier from capital toyota in April 2025, paid roughly 30k. Could not have had more trouble out of this vehicle so far. AC compressor failed, brand new tires that have problems since the day they put them on, constant engine issues to include multiple cylinder failures. All of this in the first six months. Multiple electrical systems have state they need servicing according to the dash, which began popping up within one week of purchase. At the time, a teacher with a third child on the way, I feel as though the dealership sold me a faulty vehicle, at a high price. As for the service department, when I attempted to bring it in to have the AC looked at in JUNE, I was told it would be on site for up to a week… In no world is any of this acceptable. It is disheartening to know my family was seemingly taken advantage of. I can give specific names of the salesperson and manager, but I don’t think it is a person issue at the root, it is seemingly a dealership, character issue. More
