The wait time and dealer show room were amazing. People were friendly and accommodating. It was easy to make an appointment for the next day. The only feedback is that I asked for how many 8th were in my tires and it was not written down. After the service a tech came out to my car and still couldn’t tell me the life of the tire. I guessed 5/8 and he said I’d have to get tires in a couple months which I know from driving for 25 years that I have until next fall. I also asked if there was any feedback on the vehicle since it was a recently purchased used vehicle but I just checked out with the cashier so none was given. I would have liked to know if the oil well was dry or if it looked dirty. I would have liked to know any other specifics about the engine, belts, fluid levels, brakes etc. More
