The service is inconsistent. Repairs often need to be brought back. Many in the service department are rude. They are generally not committed to customers. Mechanics need to finish there job. Very unprofessional and I will never go back or recommend anyone to go to Tynan’s. I got diagnostics for my car that needed a new transmission and was berated when I decided to go somewhere else. Luke got in anyone to go to Tynan’s. I got diagnostics for my car that needed a new transmission and was berated when I decided to go somewhere else. Luke got in an argument with my mom and we left. After the new transmission was put in there was an issue and per Nissans policy I need to have a diagnosis from Nissan so I called to schedule a diagnosis. I talked to Luke in the phone and he was very unprofessional and just plain mean. He said he could squeeze me in on January 1st at 8:30 (Over 6 months when I could schedule online for the next day!) His lack of professionalism has lost my trust and business for Tynan’s and I will make sure no one I know goes there. More
