Easy flat tire repair. No appointment necessary. 45 minutes and I was on my way. Enjoyed coffee & other treats in the comfortable customer lounge. Just Too Good Nothing ever changes. I call up and make an appointment. Luke Clearwater knows who I am, my Xterra record is pulled up about two seconds into our con Nothing ever changes. I call up and make an appointment. Luke Clearwater knows who I am, my Xterra record is pulled up about two seconds into our conversation, and an appointment is made inside of 10 seconds. I show up 5 days later for the service appointment,and of course they're expecting me. Luke meets me and goes over what I need. No muss, no fuss. Just precision. I tell Luke that I'm going to buy a small item from the parts department. He looks at what I have, pulls out some needle nose pliers and fixes the semi broken part and runs out to install it for me. What a nice guy!! I came to Tynan's for a service check, consisting mostly of an oil change & filter. I figured 1.5 hours as I'm not the only customer there. Luke finds me 45 minutes after I showed up telling me the service is complete and the Xterra is ready to roll!! As I wrote at the beginning of this note: nothing ever changes...............great service, a superb service staff, and genuine courtesy by that service staff. I'm a happy camper!! More

Wonderful, excellent customer service We appreciated that they stayed long after the dealership was closed to take care of us. It was great awesome service and they did not try to pressure us to buy a car they just showed us a car that fit the requirements we had. They even let us drive it even though it was close to closing time. We really love our new Nissan Rogue!!!!! More

Getting harder to trust this service center I have taken my truck to Tynan's for service diligently since I purchased it four years ago. When I dropped it off for a routine oil change I was info I have taken my truck to Tynan's for service diligently since I purchased it four years ago. When I dropped it off for a routine oil change I was informed of 6 or 7 major issues that needed immediate attention. It turns out that, somewhere between 30 and 50 thousand miles, the service department failed to notify or make me aware of standard checkups that were due - even though i brought the vehicle in regularly during that span. This was the reason that critical components had gone uninspected, unnoticed and were now in failure status. When I pointed this out to Luke the service rep, he simply shrugged his shoulders and, without any care or concern, pointed out that I now needed $1400 in repairs that were normally routine. He took no accountability for the mistakes that were made and displayed terrible concern for a loyal customer. When I mentioned that I had purchased three vehicles there (one new and two used) he actually went so far as to tell me that, I should have known what was due since I'd already purchased cars there before. In essence, it was all my fault. I told him that, like most customers, I rely on the maintenance team to inform me of what needs to be done so I can do them. Again, he showed no care or concern for a problem that his team created. I am leary of ever returning to Tynan's for sales or service in the near future. More
