The dealership is very convenient to where I live; I can drop off my vehicle and walk home and then walk back to pick it up when service is completed. I was having some unexpected but what appeared to be serious issues with my vehicle (2015) that required immediate inspection and assessment. Even though I didn't have an appointment Luke was very helpful in troubleshooting and identifying the root cause of the problem and resolving it while I waited. I'm rating the Service Center overall 4/5 only because with there have been occasions with my vehicle in the past where I've had to bring it back multiple times before everything was resolved. In those situations I was unable to determine whether fixing one thing caused something else to fail or if there was another repair that should have been done the first time. I'm not an auto technician so I rely on the professionals to thoroughly troubleshoot so an issue is resolved correctly the first time. For this specific visit, however, I would rate it 5/5. Luke immediately identified the issue and arranged for the battery to be replaced while I waited. Since the battery replacement, I've not had any further related issues with my vehicle. One thing that I appreciate about Tynan's is the way that estimates are handled. First, I like receiving the texts listing everything that was found during the inspection process along with the results of the free inspection items. Receiving it electronically is more efficient than playing phone tag, but if I need further clarification on a repair/service I can call. If I don't have any questions, I can just approve it electronically so the repair/service can move forward. Also, the actual cost of the service/repairs has always been either at or below the estimate, never over. I appreciate not having any repair cost surprises when I arrive to pick up my vehicle. I know dealerships tend to get a bad rap when it comes to servicing/repairing vehicles but overall I trust Tynan's to service my vehicle and keep it running well until I'm ready to purchase my next one. More

Tynan's Nissan is my preferred choice for oil changes. Luke consistently provides a warm welcome upon my arrival at the service department. His extensive knowledge is evident. I stopped in to service my Xterra and was very impressed with the experience. The team communicated clearly about the recommended work, and it was easy to approve or decline each item. While waiting, I noticed some great lease offers and ended up speaking with Genesis from the sales team. She was incredibly helpful, and I ended up leasing a Leaf as a commuter car. Overall, a seamless and positive experience on both the service and sales sides! More
