The service department was very nasty to me when I came in to see why my battery wouldn’t start. I had been there two times and they thought that because I was a black persons. I was trying to get someth in to see why my battery wouldn’t start. I had been there two times and they thought that because I was a black persons. I was trying to get something for free. I told them at the end that I would pay for a battery but I just wanted to make sure I could help my elderly parent in the midst of a pandemic. I bought my car in aurora at Tynan Nissan. I will never buy another car from Nissan in my life. More

Very happy with the service we received at Tynan's, very quick and they even washed my car!!! Very polite and courteous, Luke even let me use an expired coupon for the service!!! I had a different service rep than normal and my car was left dirty with oil handprints on the inside door and a used/dirty headcap. During a pandemic this seem very careless. This was evidence there was no left dirty with oil handprints on the inside door and a used/dirty headcap. During a pandemic this seem very careless. This was evidence there was no free cleaning or sanitizing of my vehicle as advertised in my email that reminded me to get my service done. While I had spent a lot to get it serviced. I had front and rear breaks replaced, an alignment and oil change with tire rotation. Adnan has been my service rep for years and is always amazing. He knows my vehicle and my care/use of it. For some reason I was not directed to him in my initial call to set up the appointment. I assumed it was due to reduced staff for Coronavirus. Going forward to keep my amazing experience with your service center I will request Adnan for all my vehicle’s needs. More
