Alex Rowland made our visit very efficient and enjoyable. He listened patiently to our situation and gave reasonable responses to our questions. Alex made sure the car was delivered sparkling clean, and explained the electronics to us. We also want to salute the Sales Mgr. who made the deal happen by negotiating fairly, and most of all, offering sage advice for the best financing arrangements. He saved the deal, and offered good counsel to us, all of which was completely appropriate. Mike in F & I made the paperwork flow and helped us to manage a good warranty plan. Everyone involved made the process impressive and professional. What's more, Mike called us the next day to invite us to return for some uncompleted service that the Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle Warranty covered. The Service Dept. carried out some needed upgrades for the benefit of our use. That is Above and Beyond Customer Service. Finally, I want to salute Luis Romero who was not there this day, but influenced our coming in with his service to us last year. We did not buy a car at that time, but vowed to return to give him another chance. We came in because of him and our daughter's purchase of a vehicle there about three years ago. More
