3 hours for an oil change and a tire to be plugged, when I asked after 2 hours I was told almost done and it took another solid hour, working on a trade for another make of car, service here at this dealers I asked after 2 hours I was told almost done and it took another solid hour, working on a trade for another make of car, service here at this dealership has really dropped. Also while waiting my wife went to the restroom and a person who worked there took her chair went and put it against the wall and stood on it, then without cleaning it he put it back, I asked him to clean it and he said he would take care of it, then he took the chair and threw it in a closet, he was upset because his lunch was late getting there, after his stunt he left the area and we didn't see him again, I believe his food arrived because several people who worked there left the area. More
