When I took the truck in for a heater core problem the fixed it but they broke dash pieces and broke the 120 plug and cigarette lighter. We were visiting Cheyenne and something went wrong with our our truck. Right before CFD. Just saying Richard went above and beyond trying to fix it and get us out in a timely manner. Even though they diagn our our truck. Right before CFD. Just saying Richard went above and beyond trying to fix it and get us out in a timely manner. Even though they diagnosed the problem and could have fixed it, your trust in the truck went down hill second time it left us stranded, when you are full time RVers that's not good. So we saw Michael and Sam and bought a new truck. Out thanks to Richard keep up the good work, thanks for going that extra mile for us. More
