I highly recommend Louis Voisin a great Sales Rep at Sloane Toyota at Cottman Avenue. He is a kind and patient man and a true gentleman. This is my 4th Lease with the company. He is who I have dealt wit Sloane Toyota at Cottman Avenue. He is a kind and patient man and a true gentleman. This is my 4th Lease with the company. He is who I have dealt with the last 3 times. He is always contacting me and asking if I am enjoying my vehicle and have any questions. I leased a new vehicle in November and it was totaled while parked. I had no vehicle for a while, because of the insurance claim process and warranty and gap. When I-talked to him he was there every step of the way. He went above and beyond his duties , contacting the insurance adjuster and even the finance company, because of my limited time to call them due to my career obligations. I know I can count on him. He is professional, knowledgeable and if he does not have answer he will get it for you. To sign a new lease he and the financial advisor Nancy stayed late just to assist me. He walked her out of the building to make sure she safely got into her car and I then was on my way with a new vehicle. Very pleased. People say there is no chivalry today , but it still exist. Very good service & a very nice selection of quality vehicles at very reasonable prices. I was amazed that my used Scion XB came with a 3,000 mile power train warranty at no additional cost.
