I'll recommend Carl black to friends and family. Emily the point of contact who initiated this visit to Carl black was awesome. The initial visit went well but the communication went left from there, but I was told the sales person u originally stated with was ill, but i reached out to Emily (who i never met) got the ball rolling again. I went into the shop again and the associates away Carl black did treat me with respect and made my experience a good one, based on other dealerships I visited, they were great. I will definitely recommend and do more business with them in the future More
