Disorganized and unprepared. Was called continuously once car arrived set a time to pick it up. Came in with baby still there nearly 5 hours. Received the new preordered vehicle with no gas and no detail. Xa car arrived set a time to pick it up. Came in with baby still there nearly 5 hours. Received the new preordered vehicle with no gas and no detail. Xavier was awesome he made it a lot more tolerable. Very attentive and answered every question to the best of his knowledge. He even helped with sitting and entertaining our little one while we signed paperwork. Maybe if everyone was a little more focused on selling us our car and not partying it up at the end of the night with their Louis Vuitton and expensive liquor bottles we would have had a better experience. Was not happy with car after purchase. Emailed Omar Rodriguez and called, but he didn't get back to me. Horrible customer service from sales manager and above. Luis Rojas was the rep we dealt with. He was very knowledgeable about the inventory. We told him the features we wanted and he was able to give us several choices. He explained all the different feat knowledgeable about the inventory. We told him the features we wanted and he was able to give us several choices.
