I’m not much of a review writer but I’ll give it a shot, I went online to Carl Black Chevrolet’s website, I found the Chevy traverse redline edition that they had in stock, filled out the information name a I went online to Carl Black Chevrolet’s website, I found the Chevy traverse redline edition that they had in stock, filled out the information name and phone number, in the morning I received a phone call from Dowain, after some negotiations we came to a deal. The next day 9:30AM I drove to the dealership traded in my 2019 traverse LT and picked up my 2020 traverse premium redline, paid for the vehicle and was driving home 2 hours later. A great dealership to deal with. I highly recommend and make sure you ask for Dowsin! More

I like your dealership but the sale rep I dealt with flat out xxxx me off. I ask him for a copy of some paper work 4 times and even though he said he would, he still didn't. Then after the sale he acted like out xxxx me off. I ask him for a copy of some paper work 4 times and even though he said he would, he still didn't. Then after the sale he acted like he didn't even know me when I tried to bring up some concerns. The finance office didn't work in my intrest a by not checking with different loan companies for the best interest rates. My credit score was 856 and he tried to start at 5%, I had to push he to get a lower rate. I've now bought two vehicles from you but next time I'll probably go back to Clermont. More
