Been leasing with FORD since the 80s, was sold an
EcoSport, because they "were out of cars" it's 7 months old and it's now been towed from in front of my house. It's been in the shop for 6 days now,

It's been in the shop for 6 days now, I haven't received a single phone call about it, said it could take up to 6 months to be fixed, 2 months to be "diagnosed", can't get a rental until its "diagnosed", I've already missed work, about to lose my job. I'm paying $500 a month for a BRAND NEW car, that I can't even drive! I've started running up credit cards, I can't afford to take an UBER to work 2 times a day WHICH I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO.. because I JUST LEASED A BRAND NEW CAR, I was better off finding a used dealership, which I was talked out of doing, by the dealer at Taylor FORD. Terrible customer service, I would never leave a loyal 25+ year customer out to dry with NO vehicle!!! Thank You Taylor FORD for making the last week of my life a complete living xxxx! Wouldn't suggest this place if it were my last days on Earth, which I hope it is!!
